As Agel continues to grow, field leadership has focused heavily in recently months on increasing personal volume.  The point was highlighted several times during the Go Diamond Weekend training and is regularly featured on many of the weekly leadership calls.

As an incentive to comply with the suggested four-box autoship minimum, Agel management is offering free shipping on auto ships of four boxes or more to team members in the U.S.  This new policy will take effect on March 1, 2007.

“We at corporate support and promote what is taught by the field leadership,” said Darren Jensen, Agel’s Chief Operating Officer.  “In the future we hope to expand this incentive to other areas of the world, based on growth and availability.”

Auto ship is the mainstay of building a strong Agel business.  Leaders teach that increased autoship drives volume throughout down lines and boost rank advancements.  Team members should be using the products on a regular basis, making it necessary to increase monthly autoships in order to accommodate both personal use and business purposes.
