As you gear up to
close the month, please think about this important message from
Craig Bradley to ALL Future Diamonds:
Today, I landed back in Utah from our Agel Leadership Retreat in
Phuket, Thailand. I am so glad to be back, but what an amazing week.
Nothing could be better than to spend a week with our wonderful Team
Members in a beautiful place as Phuket. I was truly inspired by how
much these individuals have achieved and how hard they work to be
where they are at in Agel. What a motivation to see all the awards
the diamonds have earned and how far they came. And I know they are
all here today because of their personal focus and attitude. Each
one of these individuals come from a different background and a
different lifestyle. But we all come together to achieve our goals.
Randy Pausch once said “We cannot change the cards we are dealt,
just how we play the hand.”
What a true statement; we don’t know the background of the downline
below us and those who are leaders. But we see what they have
accomplished and where they are today. They were once in your shoes…
they have struggled with the best of them… but through that hard
work we are able to accomplish great things. I hope that we can see
you at the next Leadership Retreat sharing with us how far you have
come and what you have accomplished with Agel. Agel truly changes
lives.
Think about it this week as you are at your ABB’s and your PBR’s …
how are you dealing with your situation right now? Are you working
to better your business with Agel? Have you truly put your best
effort out there to work with your team and lead those below you? I
know you can do it more then you know it right now because I have
seen it with many who have accomplished great things with Agel. You
are and will be a great motivation to those in Agel. I know you can
do it and wish you the best of luck in the next coming months as we
gear up for Cancun. I can’t wait to see you there!

Bond Island were truly some of the most memorable times we have ever
shared together, and the bonding here with the other Diamonds
