Adriano and Yael
Leszkowicz
According to Senior
Directors Adriano and Yael
Leszkowicz, it was because
of Agel that they were able
to move from the center of
Israel to the south because
they were no longer tied to
a place of work. They now
revel in the freedom that
network marketing and
namely, Agel, has provided
them.
Prior to Agel, Adriano
worked nine years as an
electronic engineer, making
great money but working way
to hard to do so. He decided
he did not want to be
trapped in the “rat race” or
be a slave to his J.O.B.,
which to him is an acronym
for Just Over Broke. His
first two attempts at
networking marketing were
not successful. It wasn’t
until he found Agel that he
felt his chance for a
lucrative and dream
lifestyle were in his reach.
“I really understood the
‘Why Agel’ parameters,” said
Adriano. “And the timing and
leadership were all very
fundamental for me.”
He also said the products
were very important to him.
Though he loves all the
products, it is HRT that has
been most critical, as a
history of heart problems
run in his family. He is
happy to say that since
using HRT, he is now off
medication to control his
blood pressure and FLX has
helped his mother recover
quickly from a recent knee
surgery.
Adriano believes it is
important to have the
posture of a leader in order
to succeed in this business,
which is what he has done
from the first time he was
put on stage by Double
Diamond Director Ann
Feinstein, shortly after his
first personal enrollment.
“Leadership begins in your
mind,” said Adriano. “And I
always put myself out there
as a leader – when I was
onstage at events or
conducting web based
meetings, even when I was a
manager, I would believe
myself as a leader and
position myself as a
leader.”
But his biggest tip for
achieving success in Agel is
to give. Adriano and Yael
give at least 10 percent of
their income to those in
need and they believe that
what they get in return is
what has helped push their
business to another level.
Overall, they both agree
that they are living the
lifestyle they have always
wanted and though they do
not have to work anymore,
they have one more driving
goal, which is to be Diamond
Directors by AgelWorld 2008.
Adriano and Yael
Leszkowicz were nominated
for Team Member of the Week
by Double Diamond Director
Ann Feinstein who said the
following:
Adriano and Yael's story
is a perfect example of how
a couple can come together
and really support each
other to overcome personal
challenges and even road
blocks to achieve true
breakthrough success in
Agel.
As Adriano has shared with
us, his family and the
people around him although
they were crazy to look
beyond "the security" of
traditional well paid
company positions after
years of education in those
chosen specialties. Next,
many were surprised at their
determination and public
promotion of their
business…even at their
wedding; and, even more were
knocked off their feet when
they persisted and developed
a global business network
that now spans many
countries multi-nationally.
The cool thing is that many
of those same people who
kept a close eye on their
results, have recently
joined their team, and are
now benefiting from Adriano
and Yael's inspiration and
leadership. This is truly a
story where their burning
desire, willingness to be
coached, following the
system and decision to take
massive action has paid off
in many amazing ways! |
