journal entry:
Awoke this morning
at 5:30 AM and laid
in bed dreading
getting up ... even
the dogs did not
want to get up this
early knowing what
was ahead
... finally rolled
out of bed at 7 ...
remember, I am a
late night person
... NOT morning
person unless
"ABSOLUTELY have to
or else" ...
Took the plunge and
opened door and
walked down the
stairs to basement "dreadmill",
barbells etc ...
David was already
there huffing and
puffing on the
treadmill ... OK,
here goes ... I
picked up my work
out gloves, and
dusted them off ...
took a BIG deep
breath and began for
next hour following
simple work out
program on
www.BeFitDoLife.com
After workout,
crawled back up
stairs, lol ... OMG could
not feel my legs
... Mark was
already here at
8:15AM ... whenever
someone says food
... at any hour ...
he is there ... and
even funnier when
eating less!!
All 3 of us sat down
to breakfast ... 1/2
grapefruit ... egg
whites plus one egg
omelet with green
veggies in it ...
black coffee ...
chased down with MIN
... hmmmm ...
actually more than I
usually eat in
morning ...
Morning flew by with
follow ups and 3 way
calls ... now
sipping on PRO, UMI
& EXO for mid
morning snack. Got
to remember to eat
every 2 1/2 to 3
hours as Cory
suggests!
Day 1 morning
complete!! ...
one step at a time
... actually feeling
pretty good and
proud that I DID
IT!!

a leadership
training web cast on
Ageless
after a tour through
the EU where I led a
fun Ageless
product demo segment
in each city as
noted in the
picture above ...
we had a
GREAT time and
everyone went away
wanting the Ageless

Here's How
We Did This:
At your next
Agel function, or
team meeting,
pre-set a
small table with a
full size Ageless
skin care set, 2
water bowls EACH for
one or 2 people ...
one bowl is
for scooping the
water to mix with
the products, and
one is for rinsing
the towel after
removal ...
you will also need a
hand towel and wash
cloth, a few Q tips,
and a stand up
mirror for each of
the 1 or 2 guys you
will choose from the
audience.
Please remember to
take pictures and
send them to me!
Then at the
appropriate time,
call up 1 or 2 guys
from the audience ("the
bigger the
better" ... and the
fun part is not
telling them ahead
of time)
... and have them
come up front ...
roll up their
sleeves and simply
lead them through
how to use the
products, while
explaining the
