Notes from Randy:
Is Agel not yet easy for
you?
What Must Change?
The past days for me have
been invigorating. I have
seen many people for whom
Agel has not yet been easy
begin to see the first signs
that a 'Breakthrough
Financial Experience" is
indeed possible for them.
What changed for them? What
must change for YOU to begin
to experience all that the
Agel opportunity can be?
Ronen Triffon of Australia
is a very talented
individual....articulate and
easy to like. Yet..Agel has
not yet been easy for Ronen.
Suddenly in a five day
period at the end of October
Ronen personally enrolled
EIGHT EXECUTIVES! What
changed?
Kazell Pugh of Ohio has had
past business successes...is
likewise articulate and
polished, a very attractive
personality...yet Agel has
not yet been easy for him.
In the last few days, Kazell
has personally enrolled FIVE
EXECUTIVES! What changed?
Did Agel suddenly become a
far better company...and so
make the recruiting process
much easier? Was there a new
"super tool" introduced
which delivers the Agel
message with new clarity? I
think not. Agel improves a
little bit each day and the
company continues along it's
path of destiny towards
becoming a great
company...but there was not
a quantum leap in the last
days. Those who attended
Agel World '07 became aware
of the magnitude of
improvements which have
occurred on a daily basis
over the past several
months...but I do not think
these were the changes which
have so dramatically changed
the ourtcomes for Ronen,
Kazell and many others.
What Changed?
It was not Agel that
changed. It was Ronen who
changed! It was Kazell who
changed! When presented with
the same set of facts...they
suddenly grasped a new
reality...it is as though
their roots found new soil!
How did this occur? An
empowered individual
experiences life quite
differently from one who is
simply "in the flow"...being
swept along by the currents
of the day. I believe that
there are "Facets of
Empowerment" which are
easily identifiable..and
which point to the "Change"
that allowed the new
productivity being
experienced by Ronen, by
Kazell and so many others.
Because these facets of
empowerment are well
defined...we can all make
proper use of them in our
lives.
1: Education. Certainly
those who participated in
Agel World '07 were
presented with educational
moments and opportunites. It
has been said that
"Knowledge is Power". I
believe that this CAN be
true...but is not
neccassarily so. The world
is full of educated people
who fail to access even a
tiny part of their
potential..and so much
education goes to waste. I
think that when we become
educated in a given
area...AND then develop the
skill to pass new knowledge
on to another...this is a
facet of empowerment. I must
ask myself daily...am I
today learning on
purpose...or by accident? Do
I allow the mainstream media
to set my attitudes and
opinions? Will I today allow
the limitations imposed upon
me by others to rule the
day...or will I seek to gain
new knowledge...and then put
it to the best use?
2: Motivation. Given that as
stated above there are so
many educated and
knowledgable people who fail
to utilize that knowledge to
capacity for good...it
becomes clear that there
must be some sort of outside
motivation which causes us
to become WILLING to take
actions beyond those which
we are currently programmed
to take. While I was not
there to witness the
change...I am certain that
KAzell and Ronen became
willing to take different
actions...and MORE action in
recent days than in earlier
days. What changed? Kazell &
Ronen!
3: Inspiration. It has
become clear to me that
Education and
Motivation...if not coupled
with and enlarged by a
measure of Inspiration will
come to naught. Somewhere
along the course of my life
I have been blessed with the
attitude that if it can be
done....then of course I can
do it! (and SO CAN YOU!)
Why? Because I have become
satisfied that God has
granted to each of us
unlimited potential and that
we need only become WILLING
to conduct candid self
appraisal...identify
limiting Beliefs...limiting
Attitudes and limiting
Behaviors...then set in
motion a plan of ACTION to
CHANGE the
limitations....all self
imposed!
I choose daily to expand my
thinking....
I choose daily to GROW...
I choose daily to seek a
closer relationship with the
God of my understanding...
I choose daily to live life
on purpose!
What choices are you making
today?
What must change if I seek
to have a new and greater
outcome in various areas of
my life? It is I that must
change!
What must change for you?
