In that case, or a similar case, they would not count as a PSM.

l      Sales tax & income tax for the prize will be paid. The total prize will not exceed $30,000.

Getting a New Team Member Started Correctly

 

Make the process simple. Keep this handy for future reference.

 

Fill out Paper Application for appropriate level. Exec Pack is recommended for fastest growth (If desired, can use business name if it is a registered business == optional)

 

Auto Ship set up appropriate number of boxes. 4 are recommended if they are looking to build the business. 2 box minimum.

 

When I sign a new team member, right then and there, I take out my planner and schedule a New Team Member Orientation (NTMO) for 30 - 45 minutes with my new team member within the next 24-48 hours, and I tell them we will only have 30-45 minutes. I send them a Welcome Letter with the assignments and time for the NTMO stated again.  You can find this letter in www.AgelNetwork.com under section 5: Sample Letters & Scripts

 

Assignment for them before the NMO can proceed:

                   Know Why? What is it they would like to get out of Agel? What $$$ amount would make it worth while and make a difference in their lives to accomplish. What is important to them?

                List of Prospects- sent to you prior to NMO

                Time - Think about the amount of time they are willing to commit.

 

The goal during the NTMO is to establish their time goals like "Slow & Steady, Medium Hard core, Hardcore Super Star) when will they be doing the business - get exact hours put in their book and establish their financial goals for the next 30 days, and set the dates for their first 2 PBRs.  (power point on www.agelnetwork.com #10 found on right side of page)

 

Then review the business process of their major blast & first exposure tool.  What push play tools to use during the PBR ... (review what you did with them) ... role play a few approach calls and what the next steps are so they understand the process, as well as help them to grade their list - help them to discover their 3 & 4 star candidates on their list. This is discussed in Step 1 of www.GetAgelTraining.com

 

 

I also give them a quick review of www.AgelNetwork.com so they know where to find resources.  

Then I set another time within the next 2 days to follow up. A great way to keep to time management is to set the next scheduled appointment. This principle will free you up to spend time focusing on your own inviting and prospecting.

Q: As the upline leader, how can I conduct the most effective 3 way calls between me and my team member's hot candidates?

 

A: Use this 3 Way Calling Cue Card for the upline leader

 

After the team member introduces the upline leader and edifies him or her, it is the upline leader's time to: 

 

The Goal:

•         Bring Candidate to concluding point

•         Moving them to the next step

 

A. Create a rapport (2-3 mins) with questions:

•         Before we get into Agel, why don’t you tell me a little about yourself

•         What area do you live?

•         What line of business are you in?

•         How long have you been doing that for?

•         Do you enjoy what you currently do?

•         I hear you are looking at joining Agel?

•         Is additional income something that interests you?

•         What parts of the Agel business has the most appeal to you?

•         Have you ever been involved with network marketing before?

•         What was your experience?

•         Why do you think it didn’t work out the way you hoped?

•         What’s attracted your attention from what you’ve seen so far?

 

B. Take their temperature

•         Based on what you have just seen, if you had to rate your interest on a scale of 1 – 10. With 10 being you’re ready to get started and 1 being you’re not interested at all. How would you rate yourself?

•         What would we have to do to help you move from a ….. to a 10?

•         Did you understand everything in the presentation ok?

•         Do you have any questions on anything?

•         If you were to get involved, why would you do something like this?

 

C. To be successful you basically need to do 5 things

    (Ask for response at each step – do you think you could?)

 

    1. Invite your Local candidates to your PBR, and Long Distance candidates to either a LIVE web cast or to review a recorded web cast  

    2. Follow up at a pre-set time and introduce them to a 3rd party upline leader to answer their questions, and work through the concluding points

    3. Send them an info pack with product samples

    4. Use the products

    5. Cash the check

Q: What are the best tips you can give me for SETTING UP My PBRS - Private Business Receptions?

 

A: Here is the process:

 

•         Decide on dates of your first 2 PBRs which should be pre-set days a part … set dates in your planner … “Build it and they will come”

•         Make A-list of prospects and invite them to your home.

•         Give the person who is doing your PBR a list of the people you have invited so they may give them a courtesy call and let them know they look forward to meeting them.

•         Remove all distractions before presentation (phone, pets, children, etc.)

•         Do not move the furniture in the home. Have extra chairs ready in another room to be added when necessary.

•         Confirm with your sponsor if they will be doing the PBR or calling in.

•         Provide light snacks and beverages.

 

The PBR

•         Host welcomes everyone to their home and introduces & edifies the speaker.

•         Speaker will provide brief introduction with their story and thank the host. Edify the host and share passion for the product.

•         Tell the Agel story and/or use the push play tools for easy duplication

 

Tools & Process for the PBR

 

•         If your upline leader is presenting, he/she will decide on the following tools to “Push Play” ... most are available for download and burning to CDs on www.AgelNetwork.com

•         After the First segment on what Agel is, explain that there will be a short break, after which we will shift gears and have a short introduction about “what we do” as the videos seen so far have been primarily an explanation of “what it is”.

•         Now either do a brief personal/upline NMO or use the “What’s Next DVD.

•         Answer questions.

•         Ask if anyone sees an opportunity here?

•         Sign up those who are ready to get started.

 

After the PBR

•         It is critical that each person leave the PBR with something to READ, something to LISTEN TO and something to WATCH!

•         Following the PBR

•         Set up PBR’s for those who join and have them invite their initial candidate list.

•         Set specific time to follow up in 24-48hrs with those who wanted to do research and READ?LISTEN?WATCH prior to enrolling.

•         Invite them to an ABB … always know your next step!

 

Tips for Successful PBRs

 

•         Start on time and be brief.

•         Don’t over talk the business.

•         Let the tools do the talking.

•         Be, act and dress professionally.

•         It is our intention to share the opportunity.

•         Have the DVD/videos set up and ready to go.

•         Have magazines and product samples for each participant.
