Report in your back office? This is one of the newer fantastic
reports available for all of us to better lead our businesses. |

Here’s where to find it: |
|
Log into your back office and on your
dash board, look for Reports. Click on that and you will see a drop
down menu. On that menu, look for “Downline”. Click on that and a
second menu will show you “Active Leader Overview”. |
 |
Now here’s the cool part, you can ask
the report to show you all team members in your enroller tree who
are over 500CV, 1000CV, 2000CV and up in their lesser leg. You can
choose the CV level you want to check. However, we suggest you begin
with 500 so you can see who is close to achieving Supervisor and
above! |
|
This will help to show you who has
achieved a new rank and who is close to the next rank!! |
|
Will also show you if someone is
missing PV (personal volume = order for the current month) … we
don’t want anyone to miss getting a bonus. |

Group One:
Those people
looking for
reasons
why
something will
work. |
Group Two:
Those people
looking for
reasons
why not. |

Group One
individuals are
fun to work
with. They
are mature
enough to
realize that
life isn't
perfect. In
fact, in many of
their business
decisions, they
acknowledge
there may be
thousands of
reasons why
something won't
work. All they
need to go into
action is one
good reason why
it WILL work. |

Group One
individuals are
not
excuse-driven.
They look for
the positive
reasons why
something will
work, and then
go into action. |

Group Two
individuals are
constantly
looking for
flaws. Why? |

If they can find

You see when you
ask questions,
you become less
of a sales guy,
and more of a
personal
consultant.
Someone trying
to help out! It
changes the
mental state of
both you and the
prospect. It
changes your
posture, and it
changes the way
that your
prospect looks
at and respects
you. It also
actually
activates the
law of
reciprocity as
well. |

Since they see
you helping them
as a gift or
favor, and they
will feel more
inclined to
return that
favor. |

This also lets
you know what
they are looking
for: a $500,
$5,000, $10,000
or even bigger
monthly
business. In
other words, it
actually lets
you steer the
rest of your
presentation
toward their
dreams & desires
… not what you
think they want! |

trigger. Once
somebody commits
out loud what
they’re willing
to do, they will
usually do
everything in
their power to
do it. This is
the Law of
Commitment and
Consistency
in action. |

You see, as
humans we have a
nearly obsessive
desire to be
(and to appear)
consistent with
what we have
already done,
or stated what
we would do.
We behave
consistently
with that
commitment, and
pressures will
cause us to
respond in ways
that justify
earlier
decisions. |

not, then you
must let them
know that
they’re
expectations are
unreasonable
(remember,
you’re
consulting not
selling). It’s
up to you to
either get them

track, or let

coached them
through the

you as their
