As you sign a new team member with their activation order (ie Executive Pack) and autoship (ie. 4 box automatic monthly order), right then and there, take out your planner and schedule a New Team Member Orientation (NTMO) for 30 - 45 minutes within the next 24-48 hours, and tell them you only have 30-45 minutes.
Send them a Welcome Letter with the assignments and time for the NTMO stated again. You can find this Welcome letter in www.AgelNetwork.com under section 5: Sample Letters & Scripts
Their assignment is to review www.GetAgelTraining.com and submit their candidate list by email, skype or fax BEFORE the scheduled NTMO. No list submitted beforehand, no NTMO ... reschedule if they have not done their homework and submitted the list.
The goals during the NTMO:
1. Establish their time goals like "Slow & Steady, Medium Hard core, Hardcore Super Star) to establish the times they be doing the business - get exact hours put in their book
2. Set their financial goals for the next 30 days
3. Set the dates for their first 2 PBRs.
Review the business process:
1. Major blast & first exposure tool
2. Grade their list - help them to discover their 3 & 4 star candidates. This is discussed in Step 1 of www.GetAgelTraining.com
3. What tools to use during the PBR ... (review what you did with them) ...
4. Role play a few approach calls
5. Determine next steps are so they understand the process
