“I take EXO, MIN, OHM and UMI.  Since taking the products I have really noticed that I have more energy and I feel more alert - I think the OHM has made the difference here.

I have been taking EXO & UMI for almost a week & have noticed that my skin has become softer & more hydrated in this short period of time.   

Yesterday, I was exhausted after having only a little over 3 hours of sleep & it was necessary that I be alert & oriented in order to make my patients rounds since I am a visiting nurse here in Columbus, Ohio.  This was a good opportunity for me to try OHM.  Surprisingly I found that I felt refreshed within a short period of time & was able to complete my mourning rounds without feeling the exhaustion & lethargic I would otherwise have felt.  Needless to say I was alert enough to travel our busy interstate highways.

“Having Joined Agel only in November 2006 both my husband (Peter) and I have been taking the 3 products that have so far been available to us here in the UK:

FIT - Having found out rather fast that I no longer fitted into a skirt I had purchased under a year ago (and one that I wanted to wear for the festive season) I decided to take FIT to slim down a little and to see just how much weight I would loose on taking it religiously (30-60 mins before my 2 main meals a day!). Well within only just over a month my body fitted right into that skirt - What an awesome feeling!!! Especially as I hadn't had time to go to the gym at all!

OHM - I started taking OHM during my working day as I found that on doing 12 hr shifts I tended to have a low point at about 3-4pm, which always made me feel drab and really low on energy and it was really hard to get my drive back up (being in a sales orientated job - this is important), so I started to take OHM just after my mid-morning break once I'd eaten at about 1030 - 11am! “Due to having M.E. at the age of 16 my health deteriorated and I was unable to continue my education, even part-time. I suffer from horrible headaches, daily.  I have a variety of them, from migraine to sinus.  I have been taking UMI and EXO and the migraines are much less frequent, however I have had a "new" constant headache for about 3 months (not a migraine, just one where every bone in my head hurts).  I went to the doctor who I have been going to for many years for my migraines.  He put me on a daily medication and said I should see results in a few weeks.  I read the side effects of the medicine and was reluctant to try it, but felt I had no choice to ease the pain.  It didn't work.   

I was telling a clerk in the drugstore about how my head hurt, and she said "It sounds like you might have pain that affects the joints in your jaw. I thought about FLX, which was the only gel I hadn't tried.  I went home at 5:00 that afternoon and took a FLX thinking it might help. The next morning I woke up and took another FLX at 5:00am.  By 8:00a.m., I was FINALLY free from the pain that I had suffered with for 3 months with no relief.  I have been taking FLX now, and that headache is gone!  I feel like a new person!  It has been almost 2 weeks now without the headache, and for me it is something to celebrate!  I have been trying to find that clerk again, because the reason we started to discuss headaches was because she said SHE had a headache!  Maybe one of our gels can help her, too!

I went to the Dr. on Thursday for my blood work results. My cholesterol is the lowest since September of 1999. The highest it’s been is 283. The lowest was 264. Just after 4 weeks of taking UMI, EXO, and MIN it’s down to 232. HDL—59 highest ever. LDL--- 145 lowest ever.  I also lost 20 lb in 4 weeks. Thanks to FIT. I haven’t felt this good since November of 94 when I injured my back, almost 12 years ago.
