“I would like to
share my experience
with as many people
as possible. When I
was 31 (20 years
ago), I had Cancer
of the Bowel.
In
the end I had 8
large abdominal
operations and was
lucky to survive. I
have since suffered
with internal
adhesions (scar
tissue) which, in
itself, can be very
debilitating.
In January 2000,
seven years ago, it
was found that I had
Diabetes. Initially
treated with tablets
and controlled diet,
I deteriorated, and
had to inject
Insulin to control
my blood sugars.
Over
the past 20 years, I
have tried
everything to
improve my quality
of life, with
limited success. I
have even been to
China to see a top
authority on
Diabetes and brought
back a load of
herbs. Whilst they
do help, I was still
taking about a dozen
prescribed
drugs/tablets and
even had to take
Anti-Depressants for
clinical depression
Part
of my problem was
the conversion of
food into energy and
I suffered from
severe body sweats
and overheating,
which, caused me to
suffer abdominal
problems and pain,
plus an inability to
sleep, as I was just
too hot. In the
middle of winter I
had the ceiling fan
on and no covers and
sometimes I was
awake until 4 or 5
in the morning!!
Therefore,
I struggled during
the day and my
quality of life was
practically zero.
My blood sugars were
all over the place
and the 30 day
average was 13,
which is too high.
At one stage I had a
reading of over 30,
which is scary and
damaging.
At the beginning of
January, a family
friend of mine, Mike
Osman, phoned me up
and said he was
thinking about me
and knew I was
struggling with my
health. He said that
he had found out
about a “well-being”

abdominal pains and

all, the blood sugar

recent 2 days, were
at just over 6 !!!
As well as all these
things my stamina
and energy levels
were much higher and
I had a spring in my
step, which has not
been there for many
years.
Whilst it is early
days yet, I am
convinced that the
above improvements
are as a direct
result of taking the
